Chester County Women's Services (CCWS), a Christian local crisis pregnancy center, recently moved it's West Chester Center to Market Street in downtown West Chester and is in need of new furniture to outfit the office. The move was made in an effort to bring more awareness to the services that CCWS offers women and families in the Chester County community and to intentionally be closer to the abortion facility, providing a greater opportunity to intercede clients and help them learn of the hope and options that are available as an alternative to abortion."

The center is open and serving families, but many of the offices are empty. "We want each woman and family who walks through our doors to immediately feel welcomed and comforted. Having new furniture and decor will help us create a feeling of serenity for our community," stated Executive Director, Myriam Ruager. "Thank you for prayerfully considering joining us in our efforts to outfit the new space."

Join Mission Community Church as we come together as a church family to help support CCWS. Our goal is to raise $3,500 for the Parenting Conference Room. It is in this room that clients are taught the skills they will need to prepare for their new baby and learn how to better communicate and parent their children.

Just last year, CCWS served over 2,000 women and families with medical and educational visits throughout Chester County and 34 babies lives were saved from abortion! The medical services provided include pregnancy tests, limited-ultrasounds, prenatal vitamins and proof of pregnancy. Educational visits include abortion facts and alternatives, sexual integrity information, adoption guidance, and parenting and discipline support. Each client is provided spiritual guidance through sharing of the Gospel and prayer. CCWS also assists with community referrals and client-earned material assistance.
